In 2019 Calida constructed the flagship Sydney store for emerging women’s fashion label Ozlana. Designed by Pattern Studio, the space embraces natural materials and a wintery palette of soft shades blue, pink and white. Located on level four of Westfield Sydney CBD, the boutique features a 2.4m wide brass pivot door with a custom Onyx stone handle. The interior walls and floors are lined with honed London White marble.

Located in Sydney’s iconic Pitt Street Mall, the Microsoft store is the first in Australia, and the first flagship retail store outside of New York. Featuring a two-storey, glass-fronted facade, timber floors throughout, illuminated ceiling and a glass-treaded staircase.

Camilla & Marc‘s first Melbourne CBD store has a arrived.
The 140 square-metre space, designed by Akin Creative and built by Calida features detailed French panelling, Calacatta Manhattan marble and parquetry flooring reminiscent of classic French architecture.

Calida was engaged to construct the first standalone Agent Provocateur store in Australia, located at Westfield Sydney.
Calida also worked closely with the client and their design team based in London as well as the local architect in Melbourne, assisting with the design development and ensuring compliance with building regulations.
The works included fabrication and installation of the shopfront, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes, custom joinery, and the coordination of overseas supplied materials and millwork. The project was successfully delivered on time and to high standards during the busy pre-Christmas period.
The first Breitling boutique in Australia was built on
Castlereagh St in Martin Place Sydney.
It consists of new floor and ceiling finishes and the installation
of veneer cladding imported from Europe. The façade was
modified to incorporate a new black granite portal
extending beyond the current façade.
All the display cases and light boxes were custom built in
Australia and the entire store was delivered within a 5 week
construction programme in order to capitalise on the
Christmas trade.

Calida was engaged to undertake the fitout of the Diesel
Store within Westfield Miranda.
This was a complete fitout of 160m2, with shopfront comprised
of rolled steel cladding and full height glazing.
The project program was 6 weeks but we completed 2 weeks
ahead of schedule. Due to the precision programming and
timing of the Calida team, the client was able to start
trading earlier.
The architect on the project was Ross Gardam of Spaceleft.

INCU women’s is a boutique retail store located in the Galeries Victoria in Sydney.
The works undertaken include a complete replacement and fitout of the shopfront, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes and bespoke freestanding and integrated retail units.
Calida recently completed the construction of the new Tiffany & Co store in Westfield Bondi Junction.
The works included a complete detailed documentation, fabrication and installation of the shopfront, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes, custom joinery and bespoke wall finishes, and the procurement and coordination of overseas supplied materials and millwork.
The project was delivered within 16 weeks, 4 weeks faster than they typically experience in the United States of America.

Tommy Bahama is an international brand making its mark on Sydney. The flagship store located in the prestigious Ivy Building, Sydney, was completed by Calida in May 2013. The project involved the internal fitout including bespoke joinery from overseas.
