The role may require the candidate to work with the office management team or the site management team and at times will be based in the office or on site. As Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll lead the front end of our most important projects — shaping construction methodologies, solving complex buildability challenges, and ensuring that every bid we submit reflects our capability, creativity, and commercial strength.
You’ll work closely with our estimators, project managers, and construction managers to bring structure and strategy to how we win work — and bring consistency to how we prepare for delivery.
