Founder & Director of Calida Projects in 2008, Roberto brings over 25 years industry experience to the team. On weekends, you will find Roberto coaching his kids' soccer team or training for Sydney to Hobart.

Roberto Camacho - Director

Originally completing a Bachelor of Education, Bianca took a temp role with Calida in 2014 and hasn't looked back. On her time off, you will find her at either Pilates, or sipping an Aperol spritz enjoying time with her young son & husband.

Bianca Rutherford - Executive Assistant

Joining team Calida in 2013, Sam specialises in high-end fit outs. He has a strong trade background and is your go to for resolving construction buildability issues. Nicknamed 'Gandalf' for his wisdom - its got nothing to do with the beard, promise.

Sam Marlow - Construction Manager

Matt began with Calida in 2012 as a cadet, developing into a senior team member having led some of the companies largest & most prolific projects. An avid Roosters' supporter, you'll generally find him at the local cafe with his pooch 'Benson'.

Matt Pulella - Construction Manager

Marcus rejoins Calida bringing a strong sense of leadership to the team, working towards achieving company values, goals and the highest quality builds. Marcus enjoys anything sports; tennis, cycling and motocross!

Marcus Smith - Construction Manager

Part of the Calida family since 2018, Brian brings over 13 years commercial estimating experience to the team. After hours (or on his lunchbreak) you will find BK midfield in his soccer or futsal team.

Brian Kim - Senior Estimator

With a strong passion for architecture & 15 years carpentry experience, Rhys decided to hang up his boots and join the admin side of construction. Rhys enjoys playing a game of cricket, or preferably watching it from the local sports bar.

Rhys Bartush - Senior Estimator

Joining our estimating department, Ben is currently completing his Bachelor of Construction Technology, with a minor in Construction Economics. Originally from Griffith, Ben frequently visits his hometown with trips to the family orange orchards.

Ben Burge - Estimator

Lance joins our estimating team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction drafting & design. Weekends are spent trialling the latest coffee beans and completing home renos !

Lance Channon - Estimator

The office dog whisperer & Calida mascot, Bec joins us with a background in Marketing. When not organising our work & social calendars, she spends her weekends attempting to become a food blogger.

Rebecca Stewart - People, Culture & Marketing

Jeremy brings 12+ years of both new build & fit out experience to Calida. He specialises in design development & programme sequencing to ensure a timely handover. When not in the office, you will find him beachside with friends & family.

Jeremy Attard - Senior Project Manager

Tom brings over 15 years industry experience through a range of major commercial sectors. He strives for client satisfaction by ensuring the project management process is seamless. When not with family, Tom spends his spare time on the rugby field.

Tom Keller - Senior Project Manager

John joined Calida in 2021, bringing 10+ years of industry experience. A crucial team member of production team, he is responsible for running high detailed & intricate projects. On weekends you will find John in the garage working on his cars.

John Melek - Senior Project Manager

Claudio joins Calida with a strong background in Civil Engineering, having worked on various projects throughout Australia & UAE. When not working, Claudio enjoys a good kickboxing session & classic car racing.
